Due to the high number of roofs that have been and are being replaced, we are urging you to take the time to have your vent pipes from your furnace and/or water heaters checked.

We have come across several vent pipes that have come apart and this could be a potential Safety Hazard. The purpose of these pipes is to vent products of combustion to the outdoors. These products of combustion include but not limited to: Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Water Vapor, Aldehydes and more.

We are sending you this because as many of you know and for those that don’t, this can be harmful even deadly for your health. This is a MAJOR safety concern especially since we are coming into the cooler months.

In the next few months’ people are going to start turning on their heaters, if your vent pipes are not connected correctly or have been damaged there is a good probability of Flue Gases coming into your home, putting you, your family and pets in danger.

As a courtesy to you we are offering a FREE SERVICE CALL to our MD Air Conditioning Maintenance Agreement Customers to come check the vent pipes to insure the safety of you, your loved ones and your pets. If you are not a Maintenance Agreement Customer we can still come out to insure the safety of you, your loved ones and your pets for $19.95
